Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef, browned & seasoned
  • OR 1 1/2 lbs diced chicken
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can Summer Crisp Corn
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Navy Beans
  • 1 pkg Taco Mix (dry)
  • 1 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix (dry)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, including all juices from tomatoes & beans. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for a minimum of 30 minutes. (The longer the better!)

Serve with dollop of sour cream and crushed tortilla chips.

Also good with Mexican corn bread.
