Preparation

Step 1

Pierce casings with a fork and place in a non - stick skillet.
Cover with 1 inch of water and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Drain water and put a drizzle of oil in the pan.
Cook on medium high until the sausages brown and crisp.
