Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture.
Place teaspoon full on ungreased cookie sheet. Dip class bottom into sugar and flatten cookie.
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes.
Can use different colored sugar for seasonal purposes.
