Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar (less if berries are really sweet)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 beaten egg
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Place berries in an 8" square pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix first 6 ingredients with a fork until crumbly; sprinkle over fruit. Pour melted butter over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden.
