Artichoke-Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. light or regular mayo
- 1 c. can (6 to 7 oz.) crabmeat drained OR 8 oz. imitation crabmeat chopped
- 1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hears drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp. horseradish mustard
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsely, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- assorted crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees
In bowl, combine cheese, mayo, crabmeat, artichokes, horseradish, parsley and pepper sauce. Spoon into shallow 4-cup baking dish (a 9 inch tart pan or 9 inch pie plate works well).
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, until bubbly. Garnish with additonal parsley, if desired. Serve warm with crackers
