Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. mustard powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves (or scoops garlic in jar)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce about 3 hours. Use with cut up beef for shish kebabs, for broiled chicken, or charcoal steaks.
