Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. of bacon sliced
- 2 (1 lb.) pkg. sausage links sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thick
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 cu apple cider (apple juice can also be used)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp parsley flakes

PREPARATION
Cook bacon and sausage in open pressure cooker until crisp and browned.
Remove bacon and sausage from cooker then drain all cooking grease reserving 1 tablespoon of the grease.
Place bacon, sausage and the 1 tablespoon of grease into the pressure cooker.
Add all remaining ingredients to cooker and cook under high pressure for 8 minutes.
Use rapid pressure release and serve.
Goes great with Irish soda bread and butter. Or dip the bread into the soup liquids. Yummy!
