Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 To 3 cloves garlic pressed (optional)

Over very low heat, melt the butter in a non-stick skillet while adding pressed garlic. Do not brown the garlic only allow it to develop a warm glow. Stir in the cream and blend well. Add Parmesan cheese and stir some more until sauce thickens but not too thick. If this happens, add more liquid to it such as cream, milk or a little water to smooth it out. If the sauce is too thin, you can thicken it by adding more cheese. You will want to obtain a creamy consistency and be careful not to
