Ingredients
- 3 Tbs. Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 2 Eggs, separated
- 1 1/3 Cup Milk
- 4 Tbs. Lemon Juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour and sugar. Add butter. Mix egg yolks, milk and lemon juice. Add to flour mixture. Add well beaten egg whites. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for approximately 20 minutes longer.
