Double Chocolate Crumble Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Margarine
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbs. Cocoa
  • 1/4 Cup Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Nuts
  • 2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
  • 6 oz. Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mixing well. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, and nuts. Spread on a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over top. Return to oven for 3 minutes. In a large saucepan, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter. Add rice cereal and spread over top of baked mixture. Refrigerate on put in a very cool place. Cut into bars.
