BBQ Roast Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless cooked roast beef
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) barbecue sauce
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups water
  • 10 to 12 sandwich rolls, halved or 1 loaf artisan bread, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover; cook on low 2 hours.

2. To serve, shred with 2 forks and place on rolls.

Tip: Before serving, warm bread or rolls in microwave. Place in a nonmetal basket lined with a cloth napkin or towl; cover the bread with the napkin. heat on High (100%) 15 to 20 seconds or just until the bread is warm.
