Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Margarine
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 Cup Cocoa
- 1 Cup Nuts
- 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 8 Tbs. Cocoa
- 8 Tbs. Margarine, melted
- 8 Tbs. Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; then dry ingredients. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Put a large marshmallow on top of each cookie then bake 2 more minutes. Flatten the marshmallow with your hand when you take it out of the oven. Frost
