Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2/3 Cups Cornstarch
  • 1/4 Cup Butter, softened
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Mix flour and cornstarch. Combine the two mixtures. Chill for 1 hour. Pinch walnut sized pieces and shape into balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Top should remain white. Cool then frost with lemon frosting.
