Martha's Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Mayo
  • 1 1/2 teasp. worsteshire sauce
  • 2 teasp. lemon juice
  • dash tobbasco sauce
  • 5 saltine crackers (crushed)
  • 1 lb. lump crab meat

Form cakes, fry in a few tablespoons of peanut oil. Makes 8 crab cakes.
