Ingredients

  • Olive oil spray
  • 2/3 2/3 2/3 c old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c fat free milk
  • 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 T buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1 1 lb extra lean ground chicken breast
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c chopped celery
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 c shredded carrot
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 2 2 2 large egg whites, beaten
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 t salt
  • 2 2 2 oz (1/2 c) reduced fat blue cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly mist a loaf pan with spray. Combine oats and milk in medium mixing bowl and stir to mix. Let stand 3 minutes, or until oats begin to soften. Stir in wing sauce until well mixed. Add chicken, celery, carrot, onion, egg whites, and salt. With a fork and clean hands, mix the ingredients well. Add glue cheese and gently mix. Place in prepared pan and spread out even. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
