Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 9 pieces of curly edged lasagna
  • Spaghetti sauce with meat
  • 15 oz carton ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 3 T grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil lasagna according to directions
Return to pot with a little bit of warm water to make handling easier

Spread sauce in bottom of pan to cover.
Cover with one layer of lasagna.
Place layer of mozzarella then ricotta, finally sauce.

Repeat, ending with lasagna.

Add sauce to top layer and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and crimp edges.

Bake 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake additional 5 minutes.
