Ingredients
- 2 cans (1 pound each) yellow corn, drained
- 1 can (1 pound) tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups onion, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, bring to a hard boil.
Remove from heat.
Ladle at once into hot, sterilized pint jars. Seal
