White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 teasp salt
  • 1/8 teasp white pepper
  • 1 cup milk

Step 1


Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Clook ofer low heat until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Heat until boiling stirring constantly for 1 min.
