Spicy Chicken and Snow Peas

Ingredients
- 1 T Worcestershire
- 2 t sesame oil
- 2 t soy sauce
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t cornstarch
- 1 t rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes
- 10 oz chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 t peanut oil
- 2 T scallions, minced
- 1 T gingerroot
- 1/8 t Asian chili paste
- 1 c snow peas
- 1 c drained baby corn
- 1 T sesame seeds
- 1 t hoisin sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, 1 T water, the sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and crushed red pepper, stirring until cornstarch is dissolved. Add chicken, tossing well to coat. Let stand 10 minutes. In wok, heat peanut oil. Add scallions, ginger, and chili paste. Stir fry 1 minute. Add chicken mixture. Stir fry 4-5 minutes, until chicken is cooked. Add snow peas, corn, sesame seeds, and hoisin sauce; stirring 2-3 minutes until snow peas are tender.
