RAMEN NOODLE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 12 1/2 (8 ounce) bags coleslaw mix (I used half of a 16 oz. bag)
  • 12 1/2 packages ramen noodles, raw & crushed (I like the Oriental Flavor)
  • 6 1/4 cups sunflower seeds (I used dry roasted)
  • 6 1/4 cups oil
  • 3 1/8 cups cider vinegar
  • 3 1/8 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions

Preparation

Step 1


Mix together the coleslaw mix, green onions, crushed noodles& sunflower kernels. In a small bowl, mix the Ramen Noodle seasoning pkt., oil, vinegar, soy sauce & sugar together. Mix all together& refrigerate at least 2 hours.
