Ingredients
- 2 c. gluten free spiral pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground turkey
- 1 (1.25 oz.) package gluten free taco seasoning
- 3 c. shredded lettuce
- 2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 c. 2% shredded Mexican cheese
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. Ken's Steak House Lite Dressings-Ranch
- Tortilla chips
- SPIKES’ Mild Salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the taco seasoning according to package directions; cool. Drain pasta; stir into meat mixture. Add the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper and dressing; toss to coat. Serve with tortilla chips and SPIKES’ Salsa.
