Scallion-Cheddar Rolls


These are delicious rolls to serve for any special occasion! Make sure you leave enough time to let the dough rise properly (20 to 30min)!

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 box hot roll mix (16 oz.)

Step 1

Add the scallions, cheese, celery seeds and pepper to the dry hot roll mix, then prepare mix according to the package directions.

Divide the dough in half. Working with half of the dough at a time, cut each half into 18 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and arrange, with sides touching on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough. Cover loosely with greased plastic and let rise 20 min. or almost doubled.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Uncover rolls and bake one sheet at a time for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool sheet on a wire rack.
