Coconut Cloud Angel Food Cake Frosting

Frosting for angel food cake looks sooo good!

Ingredients

• 7 Minute Frosting
• 3 egg whites
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 5 Tb cold water
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/2- 3/4 cup coconut flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk ingredients in bowl over simmering water, whisking until sugar dissolves & some increased volume for 7 minutes (thus the name!)
Cut 1" top off angel food cake & create a "trough" 1" deep & 1" wide in cake & fill with frosting & coconut, put top back on & cover cake with frosting & cover w/ coconut. Best eaten the same day it's made.
