Soda Pop Chops

Ingredients

• 8 pork chops
• salt/pepper
• 1 c. ketchup
• 1 c. cola
• 1/4 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a shallow baking dish with pam. Season chops with salt & pepper. Place in dish, leaving space for sauce.

In bowl, combine ketchup & cola. Por over chops. Sprinkle br. sugar over chops.
Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until chops are tender.
