Ingredients
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 2 green chilies
- 3 sprigs coriander leaves/ curry leaves
- 1 inch ginger (optional)
- 4 cups curds/ yogurt
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Grind all the above ingredients (except curds/yogurt) to a very fine paste with water. Mix this paste with yogurt. Blend evenly. Serve with any rice dish. Garnish with coriander/ curry leaves.
