Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 2 green chilies
  • 3 sprigs coriander leaves/ curry leaves
  • 1 inch ginger (optional)
  • 4 cups curds/ yogurt
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Grind all the above ingredients (except curds/yogurt) to a very fine paste with water. Mix this paste with yogurt. Blend evenly. Serve with any rice dish. Garnish with coriander/ curry leaves.
