Ingredients
- 16 scallops
- 12 pineapple chunks
- 1 avocado - cut into 8 chunks
- 2 tsp Lime peel
- 1/4 c. Lime juice
- 1/4 c. cilantro - fresh
- 2 small green or jalopeno pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp S&P
- 1/3 c. canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate 3 ingredients in 2 tblsp of sauce
ONLY 15 minutes
Grill 4 minutes on each side
Serve w/remaining juice
