RAINBOW PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 oz. bag rotini tricolor pasta
  • 4 5 green onions, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 ½ cups of frozen peas
  • 1 ea. (15 ¾ oz.) can whole olives, drained and each olive cut in half.
  • 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup low-calorie Italian dressing

Preparation

Step 1


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and cool, add vegetables and cheese. Add dressing and toss. Chill about an hour before serving.
