Ingredients
- 1/3c1/3 c dry bread crumbs
- 1T1 T grated Parmesan
- 1t1 t Italian seasoning
- 1/2t1/2 t thyme
- 1/4t1/4 t salt
- 1/4t1/4 t pepper
- 44-oz4 4-oz chicken breasts
- 2T2 T Dijon
- 1t1 t olive oil
- 1t1 t reduced fat margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Place the first six ingredients in a shallow bowl. Brush chicken with mustard. Roll in crumb mixture. In a large skillet cook chicken in oil and margarine over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side.
