Ingredients
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 c coarsely chopped onion
- 1 1 1 t fresh ginger,
- 2 2 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c plain yogurt
- 1 1 1 T lemon juice
- 1 1 1 t paprika
- 1 1 1 t cumin
- 1 1 1 t coriander seeds
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t chili powder
- 1 1 1 //4 t black pepper
- Dash Dash nutmeg
- 1 6-oz 1 6-oz chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
Place first 3 ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add yogurt and next 8 ingredients, pulse 4 times. Make 3 diagonal cuts across top of each chicken breast half. Combine chicken and yogurt mixture in Ziploc bag. Seal and marinate 8 hours or overnight. Prepare gill. Discard marinade. Grill 6 minutes on each side or until done. 4 servings. 208 calories
