  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 c coarsely chopped onion
  • 1 1 1 t fresh ginger,
  • 2 2 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c plain yogurt
  • 1 1 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 1 1 t paprika
  • 1 1 1 t cumin
  • 1 1 1 t coriander seeds
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 t chili powder
  • 1 1 1 //4 t black pepper
  • Dash Dash nutmeg
  • 1 6-oz 1 6-oz chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Place first 3 ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add yogurt and next 8 ingredients, pulse 4 times. Make 3 diagonal cuts across top of each chicken breast half. Combine chicken and yogurt mixture in Ziploc bag. Seal and marinate 8 hours or overnight. Prepare gill. Discard marinade. Grill 6 minutes on each side or until done. 4 servings. 208 calories
