Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar

  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 16 on cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 oz frozen orange juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • Garnish
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Crust
Mix together the graham crumbs, sugar, and butter and press into an 8 - 9" pie plate

Cheesecake
1. Chill the bowl and whisk attachment in freezer 10 minutes
2. Remove from freezer, pour in heavy cream and whip about 1 minute until stiff peaks form.
3. In large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and orange juice. Fold in whipping cream.
4. Pour in pie crust and chill for at least 1 hour

Garnish
1. Chill the bowl in freezer for 10 minutes
2. Remove from freezer. Add cream, sugar, and vanilla
3. Whisk on high speed until medium peaks for, about 1 minute
4. Spoon over cheesecake when served
5. Garnish with fresh berries if desired
