Ingredients
- 3 packages cream cheese (large softened)
- 3 cans chopped clams (drained, reserving clam juice)size of a can of tuna
- 2-3 tsps minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of reserved clam juice
- tops (white part) of 3 bunches of scallions (or less if preferred)
- 1 large round unsliced hollowed out french, sheepherder's or sourdough bread. (save inside of bread for dipping)
- 1 thin loaf of french bread slice 1/2 inch for dipping.
Preparation
Step 1
Bake in a 200 degree oven for 3 hours or a slow oven to warm.
