  • 1 small, warm baked potato
  • 2 tablespoons soft goat cheese
  • 1 slice crumbled, cooked turkey bacon
  • Chopped chives
  • Sea salt.

Preparation

Step 1

Halve baked potato and scoop out flesh. Mash flesh with goat cheese and spoon back into skin. Top with turkey bacon and broil in toaster oven until slightly browned; garnish with chopped chives and sea salt.
