Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 c parmesan
- S&P
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1/4 c parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for sauce in large pot and simmer.
Fry meatballs in oil until fully cooked. Add to sauce & simmer
Simmer all day if possible.
