  • 8 oz ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
  • 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in cooked noodles, soup, sliced mushrooms and salt and pepper. Simmer about 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream before serving.
