  • Topping:
  • 1/2 Cup Shortening
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • Crumbs:
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix shortening, sugar, salt and egg. Mix in flour and baking powder alternately with milk and vanilla. Mix well and spread on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle blueberries with sugar on top. Crumbs: mix ingredients until crumbly and put on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
