Ingredients
- 4 bartlett pears, peeled cored, and halved lengthwise.
- 1 t lemon juice
- Chocolate Sauce
- 1/4 c evaporated milk
- 1 1 oz sq semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, toss the pears with the lemon juice and sugar. Arrange the pears in asingle layer in the prepared baking pan. Roast for 25 minutes, or until the pears are tender and light brown. Put milk in a small saucepan over medium heat just until it begins to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate. Spoon chocolate sauce over pear halves.
