  • 1/4 c reduced fat mayo
  • 1 T dried onion flakes
  • 2 t Worcestershire
  • 1 t Dijon
  • 1 t white wine
  • 4 4-oz tilapia fillets (or flounder or orange roughy)
  • Pam
  • 2 T Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Place fish in an 11x7 dish coated with pam. Spread mayo mixture over fish. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake, uncovered at 425 for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
