Fruit Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 c cubed bread – about 4 slices
  • 1/2 c diced dried fruit or raisins
  • 1 1/2 c skim milk
  • 1/2 c egg substitute
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/4 t nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

In 1 ½ qt casserole sprayed with spray. Combine bread and fruit. In small bowl, combine milk, egg, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour milk mixture over bread. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
