Ingredients
- 2 c flaked cooked salmon
- 1/4 c egg substitute
- 4 whole wheat or oatmeal bread, crumbled
- 2 T mayo
- 2 T minced onions

Preparation
Step 1
In medium, gently mix salmon, egg, crumbs, mayo and onions. Form into 4 patties. Coat a large nonstick skillet with spray and place over medium high heat. Add patties. Cook 3 minutes. Turn, and cook 3-5 minutes longer. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion
