Ingredients

    c flaked cooked salmon

  • ¼

    c egg substitute

  • 4

    whole wheat or oatmeal bread, crumbled

  • 2

    T mayo

  • 2

    T minced onions

Directions

In medium, gently mix salmon, egg, crumbs, mayo and onions. Form into 4 patties. Coat a large nonstick skillet with spray and place over medium high heat. Add patties. Cook 3 minutes. Turn, and cook 3-5 minutes longer. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion 4 servings 226 calories
