Ingredients
- 8 8 8 oz uncooked penne pasta
- 1 1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breast cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 1 1 small green pepper, julienned
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c onion
- 1 1 1 garlic clove
- 1 1 1 T olive oil
- 1 1 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1 1 c grape tomatoes
- 1 1 1 can pizza sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 t Italian seasoning
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 c mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta, and drain. In a wok, stir fry the chicken, pepper, onion, and garlic in oil. Add pasta, mushrooms, tomatoes, sauce, and seasoning. Heat through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese.
