Ingredients
- 3 T margarine
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/3 c rum
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar and juice. Place bananas in single layer, cook until slightly softened, about 2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low. In 1 qt saucepan, heat rum over low heat. With long match, ignite rum. Spoon rum over bananas until flames die out. Serve with ice cream if desired.
