Kale, washed and torn into chip-sized pieces
Olive Oil (about a tablespoon)
Sea Salt (other seasonings to taste)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Wash kale and trim off leaves from stems. Dry thoroughly. Spread pieces on baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake til edges are brown but not burned (10-15 minutes). Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt (or your preferred seasonings).
