Ingredients
- 3 C. flour
- 3 t. baking powder
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 lb. unsalted butter, softened
- 1 16 oz carton of sour cream
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Blend first 8 ingredients for 3-4 min at high speed. Place the blended ingredients in a greased 10" tube pan and add the remaining 4 ingredients and mix.
Bake at 370 for 1 hour and 15 min.
