Ingredients

    t. baking powder

  • 2

    t. baking soda

  • ½

    t. salt

  • 2

    c. sugar

  • 4

    eggs

  • ½

    lb. unsalted butter, softened

  • 1

    16 oz carton of sour cream

  • ½

    c. flaked coconut

  • 2

    t. cinnamon

  • ½

    c. chopped walnuts

  • ½

    c. sugar

Directions

Blend first 8 ingredients for 3-4 min at high speed. Place the blended ingredients in a greased 10" tube pan and add the remaining 4 ingredients and mix. Bake at 370 for 1 hour and 15 min.
