Ingredients
- 3 Cups Apples, sliced
- 1 9" Pie Crust, unbaked
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbs. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 Cup Light Cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Tbs. Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Place apple slices in pie crust. Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Combine egg, cream, and vanilla; add sugar mixture and mix well. Pour over apples; sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes till apples are tender.
