Ingredients
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 3 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Shortening
- 5 Eggs
- 3 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 3/8 tsp. Cloves
- 3/4 tsp. Allspice
- 3/4 tsp. Ginger
- 6 Cups Flour
- 2 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3 tsp. Baking Powder
- 4 1/2 Cups Zucchini, shredded
- 1 1/2 Cups Nuts
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 lb. Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix again. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
