  • Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • 3 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shortening
  • 5 Eggs
  • 3 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3/8 tsp. Cloves
  • 3/4 tsp. Allspice
  • 3/4 tsp. Ginger
  • 6 Cups Flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 3 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 4 1/2 Cups Zucchini, shredded
  • 1 1/2 Cups Nuts
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 lb. Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix again. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
