CARROT/PINEAPPLE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 large box lemon or orange jello
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup pineapple, chunks or crushed (retain juice for a portion of the water needed in making jello)
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare jello as directed on package. Before adding the cold water, use the juice from the drained pineapple for a portion of the liquid.

Combine all ingredients, chill.
