Ingredients

  • Crust: 2 c flour,1 t salt, 2/3 c shortening, 2 t cream cheese, softened, 5 T water. Mix like pie crust and put in 9” pan. Brush with 1 egg white.
  • Filling: 1 c sugar, 1/2 t allspice, 1/4 t cinnamon, 2 c rhubarb, chopped, 1 pkg fresh raspberries or frozen thawed raspberries, 2 T lemon juice, 1 t milk, 1/4 c flour. Toss all together to coat before putting in shell.
